How do I access the lessons?

To access your courses, sign into your account, hover your mouse over the 'Subjects' tab and click on 'My subjects'. This will show you the subjects you have signed up to.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Lost your password?” link on the login page (https://hscstudylab.com.au/my-account). Alternatively, you can contact us and we can manually change it for you.

If you know your password, you can change it by logging into your account, going to your account https://hscstudylab.com.au/my-account and changing your password there.

How do I change my login details?

Usernames cannot be changed, however to change other details, login to your account, go to your account https://hscstudylab.com.au/my-account and change your details.

Do I need any special software to run HSC Study Lab?

HSC Study Lab is accessible through all modern browsers; IE (9 and above), Firefox, Chrome - no plugins or downloads are required.

Does HSC Study Lab work on all types of devices?

Videos and quizzes will play on all mobile devices. Interactive activities (games and simulators) have a minimum screen requirement of 1080px.

Where do I report any errors in the course?

Please send us an email to info@hscstudylab.com.au, along with a description of the error and screenshots if possible, so that we can send this information through to our course developers to investigate.

What are the technical specifications for using HSC Study Lab?

How many devices can log into one account?

At any one time, only 2 devices can be logged into the same account.

When will HSC Study Lab return?

HSC Study Lab is undergoing a change process and is being reviewed. Please follow the WPU Widening Participation Instagram page to hear about any updates.
