How do I change my login details if need be? (Username/password)

Usernames cannot be changed, however passwords can be reset by clicking the ‘Forgot password' link on the log in page (https://hscstudylab.com.au/my-account/lost-password/). Alternatively you can contact us and we can manually change it for you if need be.

Can I change my course?

No, once you have enrolled in a course you can't change courses. For more information, please see our refund policy.

Do I need any special software to run HSC Study Lab?

HSC Study Lab is accessible through all modern browsers; IE (9 and above), Firefox, Chrome - no plugins or downloads are required.

Does HSC Study Lab work on all types of devices?

Videos and quizzes will play on all mobile devices.
Interactive activities (games and simulators) have a minimum screen requirement of 1080px.

What are my payment options and what currency can my payment be in?

Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
You may pay using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card via the payment gateway or by Pay Pal. An invoice will be created for school subscriptions.

If I enrol more than one child is there a discount?

Yes, you can get a discount for purchasing 2 or more courses. Please see our Pricing page for more information.

Can I pay month-to-month instead of a paying for an annual subscription?

We only offer annual subscriptions and payments are to be made upfront.

Can I sign up month-to-month instead of an annual subscription?

We only offer annual subscriptions.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer a free trial. However, if you are not happy with our courses, we offer a full 7-day money back guarantee. For more information about the 7-day money back guarantee please refer to our refund policy.

Is there any special price for enrolling an entire class? Can each student have their own login?

Yes, we can put together a package to suit your needs - please contact us via our website or alternatively you can email us at info@hscstudylab.com.au

My free annual teacher subscription has expired/is about to expire, is it possible to renew it?

Yes, most certainly! After your course/s have expired please go to the Subjects page and add your desired subjects to the cart. You will notice that the price will automatically decrease to $0 as you have been set up as a teacher. Follow the checkout process to renew your expired course(s).

How do I add other subjects to my teacher subscription?

Can I use my teacher account to teach all my students in the class or do they have to have their own account?

You can support your classroom teaching with HSC Study Lab for example by showing our video lessons on screen, or using a simulator or playing a game as a group activity in class.
However, for study at home (as part of a flipped classroom method) or revision, students will need their own subscriptions. If you are interested in getting HSC Study Lab for your class or for all students in your school, please contact us to discuss a bulk subscription that meets your school’s needs. How do I know exactly where I am up to in the course?

There is a module progress bar that allows you to see where you are up to and how far you have to go at every stage in the course.

If I don't know the answer to a question can anyone help me out?

You can post your question in the discussion forum. Another student may answer your question, and the forums are also monitored and moderated by the HSC Study Lab team.

Where do I report any errors in the course?

Please send us an email to info@hscstudylab.com.au, along with a description of the error and screenshots if possible, so that we can send this information through to our course developers to investigate.
